Intelligents ETV is a licensed fingerprint vendor in Illinois providing access to State and FBI fingerprint-based background checks for applicants applying for a Real Estate Appraiser license through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations (IDFPR).

Illinois State Law (Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002, 225ILCS 458) and (Real Estate Appraisal Administrative Rule code (Title 68, Part 1455) support State and FBI fingerprint-based background checks for Illinois real estate appraisal.

Intelligents ETV will submit your fingerprints the same day of your office visit. The Illinois State Police will then submit the results to the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation.

Please follow these simple steps to prepare for this process:

Set an appointment using the button below..
Go to our Forms Download page (link shown below) and download the IDFPR Fingerprinting Application. Fill it out in advance and bring it with you to your appointment.
You will also need to bring a valid, government issued, picture ID (such as a driver’s license, State ID or passport). A receipt will be provided after fingerprinting that includes the name, date and Transaction Control Number (TCN).
Intelligents ETV will capture your fingerprints and transmit the fingerprint record the same day to the Illinois State Police. A fingerprint service receipt including the name, date and the Transaction Control Number (TCN) will be provided to you at the completion of the fingerprint capture process. The TCN is used for tracking your transaction. Please retain this receipt that includes your TCN number in case there are any follow up questions regarding your fingerprint submission.
Your results will be sent to the requesting agency.

Our SSN Trace enables you to obtain identifying information for social security numbers from the nation's largest and most accurate information sources available. Trace reveals name, date of birth, other names and DOB's associated with the SSN, current address, previous addresses, counties lived in, SSN's validity and deceased check. You have the advantage of checking your records for SSN validity, identifying numbers that have never been issued and those assigned to persons reported deceased before searching other databases for other information.

Sex Offenders (with pictures) - Each state is required to maintain and regularly update current addresses on persons convicted of sex-related offenses since 1994, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, kidnapping and various other violent crimes against children.
