STATE OF CALIFORNIA COURT DELAYS

All CA courts will be closed on Friday, March 31st in honor of Cesar Chavez Day.  Please expect delays.

Solano -The week of March 1st, 2023, a water line broke and flooded the file rooms. Because of that, all files that that have not yet been scanned into the case management system will not be available until further notice. This will create additional delays, especially for searches with older possible cases. 

Merced - New court rules: Access to the public terminal has been removed while they work to replace it. Only clerks can perform searches, and they are limited to running only 6 names per person per day. Please expect extended delays.

Lassen, Marin, Nevada, Sacramento, San Francisco, Siskiyou, Solano, Ventura - IDs removed from public access. Searches with no name matches can be returned as clear very quickly. Searches with name matches must be ordered through the clerks. Limited appointments and a limited number of file-pulls. The clerks are short-staffed.  Extended backlogs - delays expected.  

Alpine, Colusa, El Dorado, Mariposa, Plumas, San Luis Obispo - Clerk assisted. Please expect delays for all searches.
