MISSOURI COURT DELAYS

Statewide Missouri/MO HWY Patrol - Clears, and most records are returning quickly as usual. They are experiencing delays for some records, especially for common names, due to staffing shortages. Some records have taken as long as 10 to 12 business days. Please expect continued delays for some records, at least until after the new year.enzie, Branch, Chippewa, Gladwin, Iosco, Kalkaska, Lake, Mackinac, Menominee, Montcalm, Osceola, Otsego, Schoolcraft - All searches are clerk assisted. Due to clerk delays TATs for all searches are delayed.

Barry, Cass, Charlevoix, Delta, Dickenson, Emmet, Genessee, Gogebic, Hillsdale, Kent, Marquette, Oceana, Tuscola, Wexford - Clears can be done fairly quickly. Clerks are involved with records and possible records, causing delays.
