ILLINOIS ACCESS & REVIEW COMPLIANCE
The basic procedures for the Access and Review process are as follows.

You can request an access & review fingerprint through Intelligents ETV by appointment for the purpose of obtaining your criminal history transcript through Illinois’ Access and Review process.
In response to a request for a criminal history transcript, we will obtain fingerprints from you and other identification information. Intelligents ETV will then forward to the Illinois State Police the fingerprints and identifying information. Upon receipt and processing of the fingerprint submission, the Illinois State police will send your criminal history transcript with a Record Challenge form or, if no criminal history is found, a written statement so stating to the address provided by you.
You may list the address of the agency or your place of residence as the address where the criminal history transcript or written statement that no criminal history was found should be mailed. If mailed or transmitted to an agency, the individual shall be notified of the receipt of the criminal history transcript or statement, that no criminal history was found and shall release the document only to the individual.
What Should I Bring to My Appointment?
Please bring your Drivers License or State ID confirming your current address. If neither one of these are available please bring a current utility bill, or an acceptable piece of mail that confirms your current address.
Please have available the fee of $50 available for payment, all major credit cards are accepted. Cash not accepted.
Your fingerprint will then be submitted to the Illinois State Police the same day.

SSN Validation - Provides instant verification of when and where the SSN was issued.
SSN Trace - Search the Social Security Number of an applicant or potential employee or tenant. Protect against fraud and identity theft! Our SSN Trace enables you to obtain identifying information for social security numbers from the nation's largest and most accurate information sources available. Trace reveals name, date of birth, other names and DOB's associated with the SSN, current address, previous addresses, counties lived in, SSN's validity and deceased check. You have the advantage of checking your records for SSN validity, identifying numbers that have never been issued and those assigned to persons reported deceased before searching other databases for other information.
Sex Offenders (with pictures) - Each state is required to maintain and regularly update current addresses on persons convicted of sex-related offenses since 1994, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, kidnapping and various other violent crimes against children. These records generally show the offender's name, date of birth or age, description of offense and last registered address. You can search by name, name and date of birth, city, state or by zip code. Coverage includes all 50 states and most have pictures.
